We protect your privacy
Your stories, conversations, and files stay private to you. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. While we use trusted AI partners like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to power parts of the experience, your personal health stories are never used to train their models. Read more here.
Your uploads stay private
Documents, lab results, and photos you upload are encrypted and stored securely in your account. They are never included in community insights or shared with anyone else. They’re yours, and yours alone.
Shared insights, built from the bigger picture
Across thousands of experiences, we identify broader patterns that can help people feel more informed and supported–like trends in symptoms, treatments, or care journeys. These insights are generated at the community level and are never tied back to any individual person. For more sensitive data, like genetic matching, participation is always your choice.
